This role will be a 6 month FTC contract role reporting into the Project Manager.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;Lead the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and deliveryConduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future statesFacilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignmentDevelop and complete comprehensive solution design documentationSupport the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation programMap and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future stateCollaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principlesAssist with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan, in partnership with the ERP Project ManagerAct as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testingDrive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activitiesSupport the redesign of workpapers and schedules to enable efficient data integrationMaintain an internal issue and improvement log, supporting resolution and continuous process improvementYour ProfileProven experience with the ERP implementations and NetsuiteStrong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills. Proven ability to easily troubleshoot, document, escalate, track and resolve issues.
