**Role Overview**:
Reporting into the Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Previous experience dealing directly with the broker channel is desirable
- Build rapport with customer, brokers and BDMs
- Provide scenario assistance to brokers and BDMs
**About You**:
- 12 months' minimum experience within Residential Lending
- Previous experience dealing with the broker channel highly desirable
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written
