Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Expert to join our logistics team.
This role is an opportunity to make a real impact in the world of logistics and operations, by optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently.
Your work will also help ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time, and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors.
Your primary objective will be to organise the transport of all orders, ensuring a high level of customer excellence.
You will provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to complaints while ensuring the profitability of orders, correct invoicing, and data quality.

* Ensuring data quality by keeping all systems up to date promptly.
* Producing accurate and timely documentation, including import/export declarations, customs clearance, and MES declarations.
* Preparing spot quotations, data for tender documents, and participating in commercial support.
* Handling administration related to local services such as trucking, warehousing, cargo surveys, etc., where applicable.
* Completing all documentation, billing, and vendor invoice/ebill acknowledgment, including weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).
* Taking corrective actions or notifying relevant personnel to prevent re-occurrence of customer complaints.
* Reporting incidents and hazards as per instructions.
