Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service across a range of student enquiries.
* Counsel students on course selection, admissions, and course enrolments through to graduation.
* Meet with students face-to-face in various campus settings.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide training and support to team members and liaise with academic staff to follow up on complex student enquiries.
This position involves responding to Tier 1 enquiries, case managing Tier 2 enquiries, and providing solutions within set timeframes.
Strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work in a team environment and adhere to University policies and procedures.
