About The Role
This position is a crucial part of our growth plan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and offering great customer experience. You will be well supported to achieve this important goal.
This position includes a broad scope of sales activities. These include:
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition
* Identifying potential new customer opportunities through both cold and warm lead generation
* Holding prospective customer meetings (both virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings)
* Managing your leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
* Increasing our customer base through successful sales
* Practicing excellent customer service
* Providing regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts
* Contributing to New Ideas register
* Following our Sales and Customer Experience Process

Essential Requirements
* Strong B2B Customer Service Experience ~ min 5 years
* Strong Emotional Intelligence, ability to understand and relate to people easily
* Passionate about the human services sector
* Self-motivated
* Solutions focused
* Confident
* Professional experience essential ~ min 5 years
* Professional presentation
* Driven, self-managed and proven ability to work well autonomously
* Coachable
* Flexible
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Business Acumen
* Strong general computer skills
* Experience within the Disability Sector is ideal
* Strong Disability Sector Network is ideal
* L&D experience is ideal but not essential
* Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency
