We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team, following the upcoming departure of our current post holder. This is a key role within our organisation, supporting the day‐to‐day delivery of fire protection services and ensuring our operational standards remain high.
About the Role as Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a broad range of functions that keep our service running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising daily operational activity across all aspects of the fire trade
* Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to technicians and support staff
* Managing warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
* Supporting customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery
* Carrying out technician duties as required to maintain workflow and service levels
About You We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in fire protection or a related technical field
* Brings strong organisational and leadership skills
* Can communicate clearly with staff, customers, and suppliers
* Thrives in a busy, hands‐on operational environment
