About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our Moranbah North team near Moranbah. Our Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations and this role will be critical in providing support to our project team. Reporting to our Senior Site Administrator and working as part of a broader project management team you will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range of tasks including:

* Accounts receivable & debtor management;
* Invoicing;
* Payroll functions including processing site timesheets;
* Accommodation bookings;
* General administrative support to the project management team.
About you

We are seeking a self-motivated detail-oriented team player with the following:

* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
* Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role (highly regarded)
* Exposure to finance admin functions (desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable)
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
