About the role
As a Bedding Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of high-quality bedding products. This casual position will involve assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining a well-presented retail environment. We have positions available at our new location soon to open at Munno Para and also other locations in SA.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and assisting customers to identify their bedding needs and preferences
* Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
* Processing sales transactions and providing a seamless purchase experience
* Maintaining product displays and ensuring the retail space is clean, tidy and visually appealing
* Providing feedback and recommendations to the management team to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required, preferably within a similar environment. A minimum of 3 years previous sales experience
* Bedding or furniture sales experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing product displays
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to assist customers
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts (can be set days), including weekends, as required
