ROLE OVERVIEW As a Senior Management Accountant in our dynamic company, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting tasks, from financial reporting to tax compliance.
Given our developing nature, you will be the sole accountant on our team, requiring versatility and a proactive approach to problem solving.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Support Senior Management team.Prepare forecasts and budgets.Review projects on Salesforce.Ensure compliance with Vietnamese and Australian accounting standards and regulations.Supporting with project budgets and accounting.Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices, customer invoices, and bank reconciliations.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments and collections.General Ledger Maintenance.Record journal entries for various transactions, including revenue, expenses, and adjustments.Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Tax Compliance Prepare corporate tax returns and other tax filings.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
