As a Youth Support Worker at our Batemans Bay office, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you'll: Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance Who You Are: You thrive in a productive, collaborative environment and bring: A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service Proven experience working to KPIs in a results-driven environment Confidence in engaging with employers and promoting candidate strengths A proactive mindset and willingness to step up and take responsibility Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference Am I Suited?
