As Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Australian operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the profitable growth of the business across Australia. You will play a key role in client engagement, commercial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and grow the Australian office, with a strong focus on events and developing the brand.
* Drive business development with a focus on clients and strategic partnerships.
* Ensure end-to-end operational efficiency, from quoting and planning to delivery and client communication.
* Build and manage relationships with clients, carriers, and agents across the country.
* Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs, budgets, and P&L.
About You
* Proven leadership experience in country management and used to managing and attending events.
* Strong understanding of importance of high levels of customer service and delivering excellent service every time.
* Commercially savvy with a track record of growing business and leading teams.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
This is a remote role being based from home and with a salary of between $100,000 - $115,000 ASD
