Female disability support workers in a 24/7 roster in tweed heads

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone's life? We're currently seeking dedicated female Disability Support Workers to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home.

• Morning: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Afternoon: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
• Evening & Passive Sleepover: 6:00 PM - Sleepover

This position involves a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts.

• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a protected, clean home environment
• Supporting social and community participation
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
• Assisting with mobility (Sara Stedy transfers)
• Medication administration support

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• National Police Check
• Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
• Full rights to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.68 - $62.42 per hour
