What You’ll Do
* Coordinate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery timelines for cross-functional teams.
* Help unblock teams and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
* Support squads in delivering customer-facing features for our digital banking platforms.
* Drive outcomes in a forward-thinking and innovative environment.
* Apply a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to your work.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
* A background in coordinating digital projects or product delivery.
* Great communication and collaboration skills, especially with distributed teams.
* Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery pipelines.
* A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to grow.
