Marketing Manager – Northern Hemisphere

About the Role:
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of dynamic marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage customers across multiple channels. This is a newly created position designed to accelerate the brand's growth within the Northern Hemisphere. You'll be responsible for spearheading regional marketing strategy, and collaborating with agency partners and in-house creatives to achieve key marketing objectives.
You'll drive the creation and execution of brand and product communication strategies across all channels, playing an essential role in supporting brand growth and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the brand's mission, values, and goals.
* Lead the creation of innovative, multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and more.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging at every touchpoint.
* Manage local agency partners and oversee project activations from concept to completion.
* Act as the cultural bridge between the Australian and Northern Hemisphere teams, providing valuable cultural insights and feedback.
* Define target audiences, establish positioning, and develop marketing plans with clear objectives for various channels and segments.
* Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, ensuring collaboration and support from internal teams.
* Develop successful go-to-market strategies for new product launches, categories, and partnerships.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously — this position can be remote if based in the UK, or for someone who has worked in the UK and is now based in Australia.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and performance marketing.
* A natural leader with excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proven track record in developing, presenting, and executing strategy from research to delivery.
* Experience in agency and creative brief development, with the ability to oversee tactical plans that align with marketing and customer strategies.
* Strong background in managing agency relationships, including scope development and budget negotiations.
