Business Development Associate Role

Key Responsibilities:
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, PROVIDERS, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
* SUPPORT NEW CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND ONBOARDING FOR A SMOOTH INTAKE PROCESS
* IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW OUR SERVICES
* REPRESENT US AT COMMUNITY EVENTS, NETWORKING FUNCTIONS, AND INDUSTRY EXPOS
* PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, INCLUDING MANAGING CALLS, EMAILS, AND CLIENT CORRESPONDENCE
* COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS, MEETINGS, AND STAFF ACTIVITIES
* Maintain accurate client records in line with industry guidelines
* Assist with paperwork, including service agreements, participant plans, and invoicing
* MANAGE OFFICE SUPPLIES AND GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
* PROVIDE FRONT-DESK SUPPORT BY WELCOMING VISITORS AND ADDRESSING INQUIRIES PROFESSIONALLY
Qualifications and Skills:
* Current certification or willingness to obtain
* Previous experience in administration, business development, or community engagement
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant systems
* High attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping
* Knowledge of industry processes preferred (training provided)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Positive attitude, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional results
