Lead IGA Engineer | Secure Identity Transformation

This 12-month ACT contract is ideal for a senior IGA/ICAM professional who can translate complex identity concepts into practical frameworks, support privacy and auditability requirements, and engage confidently with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Essential Tasks:
* Develop and maintain ICAM policies, standards, governance frameworks and assurance artefacts.
* Translate MFA and Zero Trust authentication concepts into clear policy guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Lead or contribute to privacy, data protection and identity governance activities, including auditability and logging considerations.
* Engage senior stakeholders and uplift existing operational processes to align with modern best practice.
Key Criteria:
* Proven experience in IGA/ICAM governance, policy development and assurance documentation.
* Strong understanding of MFA, Zero Trust Architecture and identity-related privacy obligations.
* Ability to align internal governance with ISM, DSPF and NIST frameworks.
* Experience with federated authentication and modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect.
