Executive Chef Role
At a stunning beachfront location, we are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As part of a global organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for up to 30 guests at a time.
You will be responsible for crafting high-quality dishes that showcase your passion for food and commitment to customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operation and provide excellent customer interaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in scenic Coles Bay, Tasmania. We welcome candidates who are passionate about great food, great teamwork, and a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements without compromising on enjoyment.
* Manage kitchen operations effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cooking techniques, styles, and procedures to continually enhance the culinary experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a food offering operation, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques, styles, and procedures.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
