Scope of Works
The Digital Transformation Program is seeking Junior IT Graduates to support the conversion of NT Police Force InfoPath forms to Smart IQ. Graduates will work closely with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development Smart IQ team to learn their standards and processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development Smart IQ team to learn and apply standards and processes for form conversion.
• Convert Infopath forms to Smart IQ forms.
• Coordinate the deployment of new Smart IQ forms into production environment.
• Assist with analysing InfoPath forms and documenting requirements.
• Support testing, implementation, and quality assurance of converted forms.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and records of work completed.
• Liaise with business users and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support adoption of new forms.
• Contribute positively to team objectives and deliver assigned tasks on time.

• Well developed written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and self discipline.
