About the Opportunity

You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, using your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.


The Ideal Candidate Must Have

* 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, à-la-carte restaurant
* European cuisine highly regarded
* Solid understanding of management practices in a section
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
* Solid understanding of food safety standards
* Organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation
* Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
