We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers across APAC, managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to delivery.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving issues professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Due to the technical nature of our products, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including understanding product applications. We value team members who are curious, willing to learn, and confident building technical knowledge over time.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for phone enquiries and on-site visitors
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Process sales orders, quotations, and credits accurately
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch
* Liaise with international freight forwarders to obtain cost estimates and prepare shipping documentation
* Provide customers with order updates, tracking information, and proactive communication
* Resolve customer issues with a solution-focused approach
* Maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Support the Sales team with quotations, order management, and follow-ups
* Maintain contract pricing and stock data entries within ERP systems
* Update and maintain customer information in CRM and SharePoint
* Provide general office and administrative support

* Proven experience in a customer service role (required)
* Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains is a bonus)
* Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
* High attention to detail – accuracy is key
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural ability to figure things out
