About the Role:
You will support financial and purchasing activities across the SPO, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of financial transactions. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial data entry and preparation of financial documents
* Invoice tracking, vendor management, and transaction control
* Maintaining meticulous financial records
* Supporting purchasing activities and financial workflows
* Managing multiple requests with accuracy and timeliness
* Contributing to a collaborative and fast‑paced team environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience or transferable skills in financial data entry
* Ability to draft financial documents in line with guidelines
* Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping
* Experience managing invoices and financial transactions
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
Highly Desirable:
* Bachelor of Finance or Commerce
* APS or equivalent financial administration experience
* Experience with ROMAN
* Experience with SAP4 HANA
