About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant in Nursing. As an AIN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

* Help residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
">
* Evaluate and implement care plans to ensure accurate and concise documentation.
">
* Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Senior Management to deliver exceptional care.
">
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
">

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Certification and Qualifications

">
* A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent.
">
* Current First Aid certification (HLTAID003) would be highly regarded.
