The Role:
An opportunity exists for a Store Manager to join the team, the position is in our Albion Park location.
We are seeking a motivated, professional and reliable individual with a view to long term employment. If you are interested in stepping into a stable position where you will have the ability to put your own stamp on the industry this is the role for you. The role consists of:
* Managing day to day running of the store & staff
* Managing the full customer sale cycle, being the sole representative for reinforcement steel and residential slab systems
* Lead two functional sections: Booking & Scheduling and Operations & Administration
* Ensure workflow efficiency, operational accuracy and employee capacity
* Maintaining, managing and acquiring client & supplier relationships
* Maintaining store targets, identifying opportunities and executing change
* Assisting team in day to day duties as required. Including but not limited too steel deliveries, purchasing and warehousing duties

The successful applicant will have:
* MR licence
* Forklift Licence
* Warehouse knowledge (is preferred but not essential)
* A proactive problem-solver who can manage site challenges effectively
* Open minded approach to industry shift and role requirements
* Computer skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable communication
* Some manual labour is required
* An understanding or willingness to learn WHS requirements
