Description What’s the role? We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in a combined Operations and Project delivery role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and delivering enterprise network solutions across domestic (branch and corporate) and international sites, primarily built on Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco SDA Campus architectures. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers, active participation in project delivery and change implementation, and ownership of operational stability. Key Responsibilities Operate and support enterprise networks across branch, corporate, and international environments. Deliver network projects including design, implementation, and transition to operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders. Implement and support network changes in line with change management processes. Support Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and Cisco SDA Campus Network deployments. Maintain and support wired, wireless, and routing/switching infrastructure. Participate in an on-call roster as per team requirements. Attend the office a few days per week to support team collaboration and as required for site-specific troubleshooting. What do I need? Minimum 5 years’ experience in an enterprise network engineering role. Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and architectures. Solid knowledge of: DNS, DHCP Basic firewall concepts Routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF Switching technologies and design principles Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela). Experience with Cisco SDA Campus Network architecture and implementation. Strong understanding and operational experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). Experience with Wireless networking, including Cisco Wireless and ISE. Exposure to ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Experience managing small to medium-sized networks end-to-end. Exposure to enterprise network design and implementation activities. Automation & DevOps (Desirable) Scripting experience using Python and/or Ansible. Familiarity with integrating automation into workflows using tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket. Nice to Have Experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Why join us?
