Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team across shifts to ensure exceptional service excellence.
In this role, you will support restaurant and bar operations by guiding and training team members to deliver first-class food and beverage service. You will lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care.
You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining, and service areas.
As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth. You will also mobilize, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Approved Managers Card
* Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred
* Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach
* Skilled in workforce mobilization and team development
* Comfortable with labor controls and food cost management, desirable
