The Opportunity
Coal LSL is an Australian Government corporation; purpose driven to regulate and manage long service leave entitlements on behalf of eligible employees.
Reporting to the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer, the Strategy and Planning Manager leads the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans that align the organisation toward its long-term goals.
You'll guide the strategic planning process, facilitate executive engagement, and drive delivery of high-priority initiatives that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
In this influential role, you'll be responsible for turning strategy into action by leading planning processes, aligning teams around shared goals, and ensuring the organisation delivers on its strategic priorities. With a strong focus on collaboration and clarity, you'll help drive measurable outcomes that support Coal LSL's long-term vision.
* Lead the strategic and business planning processes across the organisation
* Align cross-functional teams to strategic priorities and monitor delivery
* Oversee development and evolution of Coal LSL's strategy and delivery frameworks
* Report on performance through tools like the balanced scorecard
* Facilitate strategy sessions and performance reviews with senior leaders
* Bring clarity and confidence to the 'what's next', ensuring initiatives are tracked, executed, and realised
