We're hiring a Wall & Ceiling Fixer / Painter (ceiling fixer / plasterboard fixer / gyprocker) who's multi-skilled, professional, and ready to run.

Responsibilities
* Fixing plasterboard to ceilings + walls (straight, clean, ready for finish)
* Cornice installation (tight joins, sharp lines)
* Renovation methods including:
* Direct stick to brick
* Timber-fixed plasterboard
* Patching and make-good where required
* Keeping the site tidy and finishes protected
Secondary skill (ideal): painting
* Priming and painting progression (so jobs don't stall)
* Clean cut-ins, tidy masking, and quality finishes
* Final touch-ups and close-out support

You must have
* Strong wall & ceiling fixing experience (renovations preferred)
* Cornice experience with clean, repeatable results
* Confidence with direct stick to brick and timber-fixed board
* Reliability and pace — fast without being sloppy
* Willingness to keep learning and become genuinely multi-skilled
Bonus (fast-tracks your progression)
* Painting experience (interior/exterior)
* Tiling support experience
* Strong patching/make-good skills
Pay + pathway
$100,000 – $130,000 + super + vehicle/allowance (depending on capability)
Pathway to $160,000+ package within 12–18 months for the right person, based on proven:
* Consistent high-quality ceilings + walls at pace
* Clean cornice work that reduces downstream defects
* Painting capability that helps carry finishes and close jobs out
* Clean, professional behaviour (always)
* Multi-skilled growth and reliability across our renovation pipeline
