Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small marina facility. The successful candidate will supervise personnel, coordinate daily tasks, maintain high workmanship standards, and ensure safe and efficient operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate marina personnel and contractors on daily activities.
* Monitor staff productivity to ensure time is being used effectively and tasks are completed efficiently.
* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
* Conduct and lead daily pre‐start meetings, including safety briefings and task allocations.
* Plan and prioritise daily work schedules to meet operational requirements and deadlines.
* Inspect completed work and provide guidance or corrective direction where required.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work workplace throughout the marina facility.
* Liaise with management regarding staffing, maintenance requirements, equipment issues, and operational updates.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
* Support training and development of staff to improve performance and teamwork.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably within a marina, marine, construction, or maintenance environment.
* Solid leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain productivity.
* Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
* Current driver's licence.
* Forklift ticket etc. preferable.

Employment Conditions
* Full time position.
* Some weekend or after‐hours work may be required depending on operational needs.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
