Be a key part of our admin team, providing effective customer service and support to our staff and students in our established RTO. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering top-notch phone service.
- Handling inquiries from current and prospective students.
- Addressing questions about enabling programs from potential students.
- Precise data entry.
- Engaging with students for feedback and support.
- Managing filing, archiving, scanning, and printing.
- Reviewing incoming documents.
- Controlling office supplies.
- Answering phone calls.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Comfort with Student Management Systems, ideally Vettrak.
- Ability to work under supervision.
- Team player in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Prior experience in high-level administrative support.
- Apt at escalating issues to Compliance and Management Team.
