Job Title: Sexual Assault Support Counsellor
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide trauma-informed clinical practice working with victim-survivors of sexual assault, their families and supporters. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise, commitment, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions to victims of sexual assault
* Develop and deliver training programs for young people and adult learners on topics such as consent, healthy relationships, and bystander intervention
* Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and support services for victims of sexual assault

Required Qualifications and Experience:
* A bachelor's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years' experience working with victims of sexual assault and/or children and young people who use harmful sexual behaviour
* Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed practice, child protection, and family violence legislation
