Overview
Elders is hiring a Data Maintenance Officer at Elders, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. 12 month fixed term, full-time basis. The Data Maintenance Officer facilitates and maintains accurate systems data across the entire merchandise division of Elders. This role would suit a self-starter with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate system supplier and client pricing data
- Administer the creation, maintenance & removal of item codes in Elders’ system in alignment with national and zone management team requests
- Optimise stock accuracy and valuation through input of stock adjustment, inventory re-valuation & write-off submissions as directed by network and zone management teams
About You
- Computer literate; able to navigate MS Word, Excel and Outlook with ease
- Experience in D365 an advantage
- Effective time management skills
- A self starter with high attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Robust written and verbal communication; able to collaborate and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
