About The Role
As part of our Trade Counter team, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and information about products
* Quote both in person and over the phone to meet customer needs
* Pick pack and stock control activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy workplace environment
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For In You
* You have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers
* You can accurately maintain shop floor displays and provide accurate product information
* You can use computer systems and are willing to learn new technology
* You hold a clean, valid driver's licence and are open to working various shifts, including weekends
