Our team is led by celebrated chefs and hospitality leaders, with a focus on exceptional guest service, high-quality produce, and curated beverage programs. As part of our continued growth and refinement, we are looking for experienced and passionate professional Restaurant Manager.

The Role

La Louisiane is looking for energetic and self-motivated team member, to fill a full-time Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH Team and Venue Manager, responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service & Bar-service.
* Meet spend per head targets.
* Host & manage shifts
* Make beverages (cocktails, pouring beers, wines, spirits & non-alcoholics)
* Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
* Guest Communications (including function enquiries)
* Assist with the Beverage Program
* Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events.
* Lead the team, and develop talent.
* Work in collaboration with the kitchen team.
