We are currently seeking a skilled Team Member to join our frontline fuel team at our Goulburn South store.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Promote products and exciting in-store deals to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries to maintain efficient operations.
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times by adhering to health and safety procedures and protocols.
* Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation.
* Serve high-quality coffee to customers.
Requirements:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* A confident and energetic approach to each shift is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail are required.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
* Proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
