Job Description
We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary mental health team in the Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI). You will develop partnerships with community managed organisations, primary health care, and other government and non-government organisations to provide collaborative models and access to clinical care.
