**About the role**:
Aurizon is seeking **expressions of interest** from safety focused individuals who would like undertake training to become a locomotive driver. To excel in this position you will relish to opportunity to learn new skills and put into practice what you are taught in the classroom to become a skilled train operator.
**Please note if you are successful in obtaining a Rosewood trainee driver role you would be required to complete the training in Toowoomba.**
- 24x7 rotating shift roster 365 days a year including nights, weekends and public holidays,
- Work in accordance with Aurizon's safety and operational standards and procedures,
- Undertake Locomotive driver training and successfully complete modules within six months.
**About you**:
- All-encompassing focus on safety along with great interpersonal skills,
- Superior team work skills,
- Must be available to work 24/7 shift roster which includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Current unrestricted Class C drivers licence,
- Be available to commence in 2025 and not have any prior commitments for the first 6-9 months of the training program.
