The Role
As Assistant Spa Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Spa Manager with the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our brand-new Osborne Park location.
You'll ensure the front of house runs seamlessly — supervising the reception team, assisting clients, and delivering heartfelt, professional service.
Ultimately, you'll be responsible for creating memorable, uplifting experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities Support the Spa Manager with operational control and overall performance of the spa
Welcome and greet clients, ensuring exceptional service and prompt responses to enquiries
Drive consistent sales through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups, while upselling memberships
Manage stock levels, linen inventory, and supplier communication
Maintain spa presentation, cleanliness, and safety across all facilities
Oversee water chemistry testing and pool maintenance
Assist with spa marketing, staff recruitment, and induction processes
Support with rostering, reporting, and upholding brand standards What You'll Need to Succeed Experience in supervising or management (a Spa, Wellness Centre, or Health Club would be ideal, but not a requirement).
Warm, professional manner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational ability, initiative, and customer focus
A passion for health, wellness, and personal development
Professional presentation, reliability, and a proactive attitude
