Service Coordinator Role
We empower individuals with disabilities to live independent lives by delivering high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor support services in line with participant plans and NDIS requirements
* Oversee day-to-day workflow, rostering, operational priorities, and service quality
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements
* Liaise with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders
The Service Coordinator works closely with, directs, and supports a Document Compliance Officer to ensure seamless service delivery.
