Position Available: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue
* Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Proven ability to implement systems, manage teams, and deliver on targets
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
* Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Full Australian working rights
* Immediate availability preferred
