Counter Team Leader
This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to lead a counter/customer service department.
A strong team player with excellent people skills is required to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals and inspire them to achieve their best.
* Manage stock effectively, plan merchandising, and maintain high standards of quality control.
* Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrate energy and initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
* Adhere to opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WH&S, and Food Safety protocols.
* Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and standing throughout shifts.

Pay Rates:
The base hourly pay rates for this position are:
* Weekdays: $28.12 per hour
* Saturday: $35.15 per hour
* Sunday: $42.18 per hour
* Public Holidays: $63.27 per hour
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
