Job Description:
As a key member of the compensation and reward team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and administration of compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using global job architecture and external survey data to ensure fair and competitive salaries.
* Prepare in-depth analysis and modelling to support pay decisions, merit reviews, promotions, and retention proposals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date salary structures and pay ranges in alignment with global frameworks and Australian market trends.
* Support annual remuneration review cycles, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments, to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
* Provide expert insights and dashboards to HR business partners and leaders on reward strategies and effectiveness.
* Administer and prepare modelling for cyclical local incentive programs to drive employee engagement and motivation.
* Collaborate with global mobility and expatriate compensation teams to develop and implement comprehensive reward solutions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, such as WGEA, ABS, and Fair Work minimum wage requirements.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for compensation and reward queries from HR and business leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insightful recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.
* A deep understanding of compensation and reward principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
