About the role:
To provide clinical and laboratory services, in a senior clinician capacity including outpatient services and inpatient specialist expertise in the management of Clinical Haematology patients with general, malignant and transplant indicated Haematological conditions under your care. Contribute to the operation and management of the AMR Haematology laboratory research program.

Selection Criteria:
* Possess specialist registration as a Physician (Haematology) and in Pathology (Haematology) with the Medical Board of Australia and be a Fellow of the RACP and RCPA, or equivalent as per Staff Specialist NSW State Award;
* Demonstrated exceptional communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary work environment with a focus on the patient experience
* Demonstrated knowledge, skills and high standards of practice in clinical, laboratory and transplant haematology commensurate to experience which is appropriate to the requirements of the position.
* Background of high-quality research (basic and translational) with a PhD or post-doctoral experience in tissue culture and expansion, immune reconstitution assays, and cellular and/or CART therapies, with a publication record commensurate with that experience
* A demonstrated commitment to teaching at specialty registrar, junior medical officer and/or undergraduate levels.
* Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.
