Position: Project Coordinator
Type: Permanent Role
**Salary**: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum + Company Car
Incentive Scheme: Up to 10% of Salary based on meeting KPIs
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting their systems, and supporting the achievement of their targets and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sub-contractor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for all sub-contractors and handle Project Coordination matters professionally.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- On-site Support: Provide on-site support to stakeholders as required to ensure smooth project execution.
- Technical Assistance: Offer technical assistance and training to stakeholders on correct and compliant product installation.
- Customer Service: Ensure an excellent customer service experience by managing accurate ordering and supply processes.
- Escalation of Issues: Escalate technical and design issues to experienced team members when necessary.
- Site Installation Reviews: Conduct site installation reviews to assess compliance, generate reports, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential customers and growth opportunities within the territory.
- Progress Updates: Keep internal stakeholders informed about project progress to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of the products and systems to provide effective support.
- Marketing and Promotion: Positively market and promote the products and systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and provide reports on account status to the National Sales Manager regularly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Experience of 3 years or more in the construction industry, building supplier, or related field preferred.
- Capacity to clearly articulate value proposition and overcome the perception of risk.
- Proven experience in building strong, positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in carrying out safe work practices with 100% compliance to company policies, procedures, and OHS practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment effectively.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to act quickly, troubleshoot, and proactively manage issues as they arise.
- Proactive, flexible, reliable, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional phone manner.
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, including knowledge of the office suite and database software.
- Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Capacity to travel for business purposes (overnight, intrastate, and interstate).
