**About The Role and Company**

As an Op Shop Store Manager in Geelong you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business along with all; rostering, reporting, financial aspects, team training, leading and motivating a large team, all visual merchandising and more... You will lead by example, be hands on and strive to create the best shopping experience for all customers, as well as become a safe haven for anyone in the community needing support.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Retail Management ESSENTIAL
- A consultative sales process
- Highly organised with great time management and communication skills
- Prior experience working with volunteers is highly regarded
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience with volume stock levels and sensational visual merchandising skills
- Ability to work with and provide key local area marketing
