This role leads outpatient IT systems, supports leadership, develops dashboards, and delivers data analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.ResponsibilitiesFirst-level application support and user access managementLiaising with vendors and IT to resolve incidents and manage system enhancementsSupporting end users with training and documentationDelivering monthly performance reports and contributing to leadership meetingsLeading strategic projects and system upgradesDriving innovation and continuous improvement in outpatient servicesQualificationsTertiary qualifications in Management, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology or equivalent experienceProven experience in project delivery within healthcareStrong knowledge of outpatient IT systems (e.g., Q-Flow, Referral Manager, CISCO)Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership and coaching experienceAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes aligned with Northern Health's values: Safe, Kind, TogetherAbout Northern HealthAs an organisation we have a clear focus on how we service and partner with our community, including our strategy of helping the community stay well when at home.
