What's the role?
As part of our Portfolio Management Team in Melbourne, you'll play a key role in shaping smart, strategic lending decisions for a diverse mix of large private and smaller public companies.
This full-time role blends deep credit analysis with commercial insight, giving you the chance to work closely with Relationship Managers, company executives, and professional investors.
You'll contribute to high-quality credit submissions, help structure deals, and support risk management across customer portfolios.
It's a role that's analytical, collaborative, and full of variety.
What do I need?
You're a confident thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to turn complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to deliver great outcomes.
Here's what will help you succeed: Strong credit analysis skills and a solid understanding of commercial lending.
Experience working with financial statements and risk profiling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
Bonus: CA, CPA or CFA accreditation, and cash flow modelling experience.
