What's the Brief?
This organisation is a leading player in the insurance and automotive services industry, providing advanced claims and repair management solutions to major clients across fleet, logistics, and consumer sectors. Operating across multiple international hubs, the business is undergoing significant transformation and has plans to triple in size over the next 3–4 years. Following recent structural changes, they are seeking a confident, hands-on people leader to take full ownership of the HR function. This role is critical in driving recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration while leveraging newly implemented systems to support scale and performance in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

This role has been created to stabilise and rebuild the HR function during a period of significant organisational growth and cultural change. Operating with autonomy and influence, this person will play a key role in supporting operational leaders, improving employee experience, and building the foundations required to support a high-growth environment.
Your Impact
* Leverage HR systems (e.g. Employment Hero) to drive efficiency and consistency across the employee lifecycle
* Coach and support leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and team development
* Build and formalise HR processes, documentation, and value propositions to support retention and culture
* Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle
* Establish scalable HR systems and processes
* Embed structure into the business
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience working in regulated environments within the financial services industry is extremely desirable
* Proven experience owning the full HR lifecycle in a scaling environment
* Confidence navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to underdeveloped HR functions
* Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR systems and tools (ideally Employment Hero or similar)
* The ability to coach, challenge and influence senior stakeholders while remaining approachable and grounded
* A practical, hands-on mindset with the resilience to operate in a high-pressure, resource-constrained setting
* Experience building or rebuilding culture, ideally in environments undergoing growth, integration or change
