What You'll Be Doing
Build genuine connections with clients, families, schools, host employers, TAFEs, and support coordinators
Design and deliver training that people want to show up for
Plan excursions, industry experiences, community activities, and work experience that spark excitement
Keep training spaces organised, welcoming, and well-resourced
Respond to emails and calls with calm, friendly confidence
Embrace technology and enjoy finding new ways to embed it into meaningful learning
Keep client information accurate and up to date ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly (well as smooth as it can be)

What You'll Bring
Are relevant training or education qualification (Cert IV TAE or similar)
Experienced delivering skills based group and 1:1 training (extra points if you make learning fun)
Experiencesupporting people with disability and adapting your approach to different needs
Workplace experience supporting participants centred goals, growth and independence
Able to navigate all things IT – Lumary would be an massive advantage but able to work around different client platforms including exposure to smartboards, IPAD's + other web based learning
A current driver's licence (essential)
