Keldan Group is a family owned and operated labour support business located in Mackay, specialising in supplying skilled trade labour onsite and offsite to a number of clients in mining, mechanical & structural maintenance industries.
Due to continued growth we are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration/Office All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis for 20 - 30 hours per week, with flexible days and hours available for the right candidate.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting a team. The role plays an important part in keeping operations organised, compliant and running smoothly.
As an Administration/Office All Rounder, you’ll support day-to-day operations by coordinating key administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include:
* Vehicle & compliance management — Overseeing ute/vehicle allocations and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
* Training coordination — Booking all required training, including high‑risk courses, and managing online training access (passwords, computer setup).
* Medical & D&A scheduling — Booking medical assessments and drug & alcohol tests and maintaining compliance records.
* Induction management — Managing Glencore Generic inductions, monitoring expiry dates, and notifying when renewals are required. Booking all online inductions.
* Compliance tracking — Maintaining up‑to‑date records for training, medicals, and inductions.
* Accommodation coordination — Organising accommodation for personnel as required and keeping accurate records of accommodation utilisation.
* Transport logistics — Arranging transport to and from the airport.
