About the Role
As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and securing job opportunities that align with participants' skills and aspirations
* Supporting participants to develop the skills needed to become job-ready
* Delivering high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
* Fostering positive relationships with local employers and community groups
* Developing personalized job plans to ensure participants have clear career pathways
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* The ability to complete a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
